I can't obtain a log-in, why is this?
Our website is currently under going some maintenance, we will have this section to the website up and running as soon as possible. In the mean time, please contact us with your query.

What are your office opening hours?
Monday-Friday: 08:45am - 17:00pm.

What is the carriage fee?
£15.00 carriage for orders under £120.00 ex VAT. Free carriage for orders over £120.00 ex VAT. Deliveries will arrive within 3-5 working days.

Do you do next day delivery?
We can offer next day delivery with a charge of £6.95 for orders with a value of £120 or above. Orders between £60 and £120 will have a next day delivery charge of £6.95 plus a processing fee of £15. The cut off time for next day delivery is 2:30pm. If next day delivery is required, it will need to be specified on the purchase order

Do you do same day delivery?
Yes we can do. However, there will be a delivery fee. Prices will vary according to how many items you order

Do you stock…?
Based on previous enquiries, we do not stock: insulated keys, batteries, spanners or power tools.

Can you deliver to our customers address?
No, unfortunately we cannot.

Do you have a catalogue?
We do not have a hardback catalogue, but we have PDF catalogues on our website. To view our catalogue range, please Click Here.

What is your returns procedure
To obtain a return for your product(s) please contact our sales office through our Contact Us page whereby they will help you with the enquiry. The sales office will then give you a returns reference. Credits or replacements will be processed once faulty goods have been received and checked.

Do you sell to the public?
We are a distributor to wholesale and retail, which means we do not sell to the end user.

I'm interested in supplying products to Tools of the Trade Ltd, how do I get in contact?
Please leave your company details and query with us on our Contact Us page. Please note, Tools of the Trade Ltd works on an exclusive basis with manufacturers of hand tools. We also have one brand per product range. For example, Wera supply Tools of the Trade mainly with screwdrivers. We will therefore not stock any other brand or product group as it would be a rival.
